Concesionarios cercanos (Vista, CA)

The people are nice and the vehicle was in good condition. The issue we had with the dealer are hidden accessories they are using as their negotiation. Essentially the advertised price isn’t what you’re considering, it’s a few thousand more due to the 3 accessories we were told were already installed and we needed to purchase. Naturally we didn’t want them and only wanted the vehicle, then they attempt to negotiate taking off an accessory or 2, as their way of negotiating. In addition, they didn’t negotiate at all on the asking price, since in their own words “the accessories is how they make a profit.” Not negotiating is their right; however, they won’t even ask their “boss” to consider asking price plus TTL, unless you say you’re definitely wanting to buy. It’s insane, the advertised price the sales folks have to ask the owners/manager to consider, and you don’t know if they’re going to take it. At this point, I’d pay more money to not buy at this location.

It was a complicated process due to the pre-approved loan conditions we had with Navy Federal but the sales team was very patient and understanding. We did not feel rushed or overwhelmed like we did at the dealership we went before. You should definitely check this place out before going anywhere where else! They helped me finance the truck through my company and got us a good rate. We had such a good experience that we ended up buying two work trucks to add to our fleet. I would definitely recommend Vista Auto Sales if you’re looking for work trucks, commercial trucks, or cargo vans in San Diego County.

Very satisfied with ,all aspects of deale process, vehicle was just slightly out of reach for my budget. Would recomend this dealership.
