The sales consultant Jair was cool, everything went smooth, car is great

Great information

I had a great experience buying my first car from Victorville Auto Sales! The team was kind, patient, and never rushed me. They walked me through the paperwork, helped set up insurance, and even stayed after hours to answer my questions. They allowed a pre-purchase inspection and helped me secure an excellent extended warranty. Ehab, Ali, and Ike were personable, hospitable, and made the process fun and stress-free. I’d recommend them for their excellent customer service. Updates: Dec 2024: Had the car for a week with no issues. Aug 2025: While the buying experience was excellent, ownership has been challenging. Two weeks after purchase, the car needed a $3,000 camshaft repair, and in July 2025, a full engine replacement costing about $8,000 — both covered under my warranty. I’m grateful for that coverage, but such major repairs so soon were stressful. Get a thorough inspection and understand your warranty.

Absolutely no response! No email to no call , not even a follow up gave no costumer service to mention availability to vehicle or questions. Wouldn’t recommend this dealer

Best customer service, did not purchase from there.

This dealership is by far the most straightforward and to the point dealership I have ever dealt with. Even though I didn't purchase a vehicle they were very helpful and discreet about my past credit problems. As soon as I can purchase a car I will be going there.

Buying a car at Victorville Chevrolet was the worst experience of my life. First, they advertised a price on CarGurus, but when I arrived, they raised the price by $3,000; I practically had to fight them to get them to honor the original figure. Luis—the person who handles the numbers—has a terrible attitude and tried to force us to buy optional warranties. Then Matt in finance; he seemed like a nice guy, but he lied to get me to buy an extended warranty. I did buy it, but when I called the next day to cancel it, I found that if you try to cancel something, NO ONE answers or returns your calls. It was a terrible experience; far from being pleasant, the purchase turned into a fight with Luis to keep from getting ripped off.

The dealership was clean and the atmosphere was very cordial. Bottom line, the sales manager Sal made for sure that I was comfortable and the car was ready to test drive when I arrived. And while I was purchasing the car, they washed it and filled up my tank. Sal helped make my dream come true. This was a top notch experience.
