Staff was helpful, but there was a bit of confusion because I went preapproved by a third-party lender and didn’t go through them in the financing process so the process in total took about four days because of the confusion behind the creditor I was using on the part of the dealership

Very pleasant to talk to, BUT! They would not honor the advertised price posted on Car Gurus Dealership blamed Car Gurus for incorrect pricing

Car was already listed on the website. Upon arrival at dealership, car was in the back of building with a do not sell sticker on it. It was filthy and absolutely disgusting. Test drive was a nightmare , car steering column was broken. What a nightmare
