Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The dealership was disorganized, unprofessional, and wasted a tremendous amount of my time. I made multiple phone calls and sent several emails trying to get straightforward answers, but every follow-up led nowhere. No one seemed informed, calls were not returned, and I constantly had to chase people down for updates. Communication was terrible throughout the process, and promises made were never followed through on. What should have been a simple and professional transaction turned into a frustrating experience filled with delays, confusion, and zero accountability. I would strongly recommend anyone considering doing business here think twice before wasting their time.

This dealership said the car was ready to be looked at and it was not it was in the shop because the air conditioner didn’t work so I waited 10 minutes. It still wasn’t ready. They brought me to the back to look at it. It was up on the lift there was no caution sign in the back about the floor. My mom almost tripped in the back. The car had no rugs to it very dirty. The gentleman that I spoke to was OK didn’t have much knowledge about the car itself then when I got up to leave, he actually got a little ignorant with me. I went for a $21,000 car almost 22,000 and they had me finance in 38,000 so. I went to another dealership and bought the Santa Cruz that I wanted.

Very helpful on giving information on videoes asked to determine my purchase. I’m awaiting arrival of vehicle and title paperwork.
