The dealership' communication process was extremely poor as were their customer service. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They took days to respond to me and the condition of the car was initial not disclosed.

Bait and Switch Dealer. Advertised price of $20,500 including dealer fees (not including sales tax/registration). I was contacted by email by Bella Nissan internet salesman. I replied that I wanted to buy the car and put down a deposit, just needed final number with sales tax/registration. Sales Manager Christian Bustamante sent an email advising he would help me. I responded to Christian 3 times between 11 am to 3 PM, no response. I called Bella Nissan at 530 PM. Christian stated he would not honor the advertised price and that CarGurus could not dictate the price Bella Nissan sells their cars. I reminded Christian of the advertised price and the Dealer Disclose stated Bella Nissan would honor the advertised price if you submit in inquiry via CarGurus (I did) or bring the ad. Christian stated that did not matter and Bella Nissan would not be honoring the advertised price. Christian did not offer a solution or even an offer over the advertised price.
