I strongly urge anyone considering this dealership to think twice. The low online pricing is misleading. In my firsthand experience, they tack on excessive and unnecessary fees that drive the final price well above comparable vehicles in both the local and national market. What initially looks like a deal quickly becomes anything but. If you decline to finance through them, they simply raise the vehicle price by $1,000. That practice alone speaks volumes. To make matters worse, I attempted to reach them by phone, email, through their website, and via CarGurus, and received no response for an entire week. The lack of transparency and basic communication is unacceptable.
