After a conversation with the dealer I went to pickup the car without calling them, that was my lucky day, as being not announced I found the car at the mechanic because thewre were issues with the trasmission gears, very lucky as the mechaninc told me "the car is not ready as I need to work on the transmission", upon hearing that I left immediately as the trasmission is a weak point on these type of cars, the day before the dealer did not mention it at all on the phone.

I went to dealer but there is no car waiting for me to test drive. Dealer said the car is in the shop. I was there at 2:50 PM, we wait until 4:30 pm and decide to go for dinner, dealer said they will pay for our dinner. About 5:10 PM, dealer called me back and told me the car has arrived. Finally I tested drive the car. Paper work took another 2 hours, Dealer tried to sell us extra warranty and protection for the car , but I rejected them all.

Very uncomfortable experience. I was met a a random parking lot. No other cars were visible. The man who was showing the car had clothes in the back seat and cups and water bottles in the front. He admittedly was driving the car. I decided not to test drive the car or move forward.

The salesman was named Jay, one of the rudest & I mean rudest guys ever. Worst experience ever…and you think I would buy a car from this place after search for service, I received?! What in the world makes a business think they can condescend a 55 y.o. adult male the way i was and expect to sell people anything?! Wow! Jay was my 1st and only contact, via phone only to make it even worse,and the last ever with that place! Condescending; superior; terrible attitude all around; rude and demeaning all in one; the full package. Unbelievable!! Worst attitude ever! Patronizing and condescending! In my opinion, stay away from that place. In 2025, with the internet, it is rudeness like that that is causing the car dealership business to slowly fade away and die. Car dealerships will soon be gone, thanks be to God! Rude!
