From the first time I inquired about my vehicle online to the purchase, David made it easy! All the staff were attentive and the facilities were clean and inviting. 0 Stars !!!!!!.....This place is a joke , I was trying to purchase a car from out of state , they told me that it wouldn't be an issue, literally 20 phone calls later I still cannot complete the purchase.... I can't get sales people to call me back , managers to call me back.... I requested a breakdown invoice to be sent to me and a walk around video of the car , nothing !!!!!.... The absolute worst car dealer I've ever dealt with.... I couldn't even imagine the headache if I would have bought the car there and had a problem with it , they need to train their people to have better communication skills and to have a touch of humanity so they can treat people with courtesy and respect.

When I called the man who answered was rude and not willing to help me figure out a solution I would not reccomend this dealership just based on the initial phone call I had he was rude and it seemed like I was just wasting his time there are plenty of car dealerships wait for a better one in my opinion.

I drove an hour to see this car and when I arrived they told me to top didn’t work and said it was in the advertisement but it was not. Do go there they are not honest

Ara answered my phone called and answered all questions I had. I told him it would be in early when they open and when I arrived the jeep was out ready for a test drive. Answered all questions I had on the vehicle and did his best to get me the best rate. Always polite and helpful. Even fueled up my gas tank before I left with the new car. 100% would recommend Geneva LLC. Thank you Ara you made this process a breeze.
