Great people to bad it wasn't the right van for my needs . They were willing to go out of thier way to help me if needed .

This was an unusual transaction, but handled by Chris Gurley, might not have happened without his expertise. I've bought and sold a lot of cars; the service at Autos of Europe was perfect.

Everything was good

I drove two hours and they didn’t have the decency to let me know they sold the car before I got there then they showed us a car and it’s a disgrace to have that car on the lot

Contacted about the car and got a price attempted to do financing on a Friday and the salesmen said we were waiting on the bank and he would let me know Monday. Got a text Monday morning and was told that someone else was buying the car. The salesmen also attempted to tell me I wasn’t approved and never asked me if I wanted to put money down on the car to hold it while I tried to find other options until after the other deal with the people was trying to buy it after fell thru. I went and looked at the car the following Friday and got all the process done in one day. I walked the car as I was from out of state trying to get everything done. Noticed when I got home that dealership didn’t disclosed other damages that wasn’t on car fax and that my lane assist wasn’t working and that the sunvisor clip was not working. Also told tires were at 50 percent. Took car to Audi dealership to find my tires need replaced that they were a 3/4 treat depth.

I didnt feel like I was an important customer. No one greeted me and the sales rep didnt give me much info about the car. When I came back from the solo test drive he took the keys and said he would follow up with me in a couple days, that follow up never happened. I guess since I wasn't spending as much money as other customers they wanted me out fast.
