The staff was very polite, but, I was advised the vehicle was available and began to make arrangements to travel to the dealership from a long distance, and as I was getting the contract arranged, I found that the vehicle had been promised to another buyer. I was a little disturbed that I was not advised of another buyer have first right of refusal when I inquired. This all occurred in a matter of hours. The actual sales person was very helpful, and the situation out of his hands, so I had a mixed experience, but overall the helpfulness of the sales person was outstanding,

agent called to ask to run our credit, said they would be in touch at a later point after discussing with their finance department. never heard back from them and have not received a credit pull. useless.

Most low stress buying experience I have ever had.

The overall experience was excellent. Chris, the sales manager/owner was professional and knowledgeable. He spent as much time as I needed to thoroughly evaluate the car I was interested in and eventually purchased. I would recommend this dealership for the purchase of a quality pre-owned vehicle.

The vehicle was misrepresented. One owner but owned by hertz! So how many drivers drove those miles, and did they think R was race? Dicey. So we walked.

Staff was very helpful

The cars exterior was in decent shape. The battery was extremely corroded and needed to be replaced. Why they wouldn’t have done this prior to showing is confusing. Upon test driving the car. We heard an odd sound when excelling in speed. It sounded like a pump malfunction, definitely not a wheel bearing sound. As we made tight turns both directions. When we mentioned it to them, they weren’t aware of any problems. Of course! We asked about a decrease in price, and were shot down quickly. They were extremely persistent and annoying in questioning us about purchasing the car. We walked away very quickly! Less than a week later I received an email showing they decreased the price by $500. They obviously found the cause of the odd sound and decreased the price! I would absolutely NOT recommend this dealership. Very shady people!
