Mostly good and straight forward. Just the dealer description listed several "options" that read like the Jeep had these. Yet the sales man didn't really give me a real yes or no answer but I figured it out for myself. Remote start is the main option I was interested in having, another was the steering wheel radio controls. I finally figured out that it has an aftermarket radio in it that doesn't work with the steering wheel controls. Salesman was unable to tell me where the radio controls were located but I found them on the back of the steering wheel after I bought it and got home with it. Purchasing was very easy since I wrote a check with no financing. I would tell my friend to go there but it is used cars so buyer beware
