The car was presented and had not been detailed at all. Stains in numerous places, damage to lower part of front seats. Door trim hanging loose. Was told numerous times that they could fix all the things I mentioned. In the end the car looked like it had been a family car and a bit abused. There were probably 30 or more air freshener discs throughout the car to cover oders.
