Driving over an hour and half away. I was greeted by a nice sales lady. She was pleasant, and very busy. She was working on multiple deals at once but still made time for me. I test drive this car, and the transmission was slipping. I brought it to another gentlemen’s(sales rep) attention that stepped in for the original lady, and he seemed to be annoyed by my line of questioning. He told me there was no wiggle room in the price, and told me that they put over 2k into the car (including a 350 dollar detail) which the car hadn’t been touched from an interior inspection. I asked about the battery which showed up in an inspection which he had no answer for, nor did he want to find out for me. 3 hr round trip for a car if I was told upfront had problems I would have passed.

I inquired about a specific vehicle they had listed for sale and had a question to see if it had a specific option within the vehicle I’m currently in the market for. They got back to me right away. Unfortunately, it wasn’t what I was quite looking for. Dealership was great not pushy! The model didn’t have specific features Im currently looking for within the make and model .I did appreciate them not hounding me with phone calls. All my questions were answered promptly. They responded promptly and in a professional manner. I was contacted again as they wanted to make sure all my needs were taken care of which i appreciated. I can tell this is professional dealership. Although living hundreds of miles away, if they had the exact make a model with the features I’m looking for I would have most definitely consider buying from them. I am looking for a specific make, and model and year, that being said I’m on a nationwide search. I just appreciate them not hounding me with phone calls.
