They knew we were 2 hours away and driving to see the car. The hard pulled my credit got me easily approved then 15 minutes before we get there they text saying someone else was coming to look at the car as well. You know the ending.... we get there the other people had just got there so they bought the car. The did try to sell us a similar model in a different color with 50K more miles on it. They then tried to educate us on first come first serve sales. We get it. Don't hard pull credit if you're gonna sell the car to someone else. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I did all of my negotiating online. The experience on the lot was ok. The salespeople were attentive, but gave off a thirsty vibe. The online communication was stellar and they were fair in their price. My best advice is never go on a used car without having negotiated the price before...it saves a lot of wasted time.
