We made an appointment to test drive a vehicle. Test drove it. Like it. Asked what the Bedt price on it was, was told the vehicle wasnt up to the dealerships standards and was being returned to another dealership. A few days later it showed up sold. We don’t trust this dealership

Contacted the dealership at 5:00pm and I was advised that the car was available. Set up an appointment on line for 10:00AM the following morning. Drove an hour to the dealership and was advised upon arrival that the car was not available, and that they had taken a deposit on it several days earlier. Further, advised that the dealership AI program which communicates with costumers is not working correctly. Salesman advised he saw my appointment when he arrived to work in the morning, but didn’t look at the specifics until I walked in the door. Otherwise, he would have called me to advise the car was not available. Not what I expected from a Toyota Dealership !
