My experience with Sheehy Volvo went from 5 stars to 0 stars in less than 1 minute. After deciding to purchase the car due to a Costco rebate of $1,250 on Certified Pre-Owned Volvos. However, after wasting another hour of our time, they said the car was not Certified Pre-Owned even though the sticker on the windshield said it was. This is false advertising at it’s finest. Then instead honoring the full discount and eating it themselves due to the false advertising, they offered $550 off and made it sound like they were doing me a favor since they are a no-haggle dealership. So, the vehicle was $700 more than I expected and NONE of this was MY fault. In one word, unacceptable. We walked away and was happy not to do business with a shady business like Sheehy Volvo.

I contacted the dealer the reached out to me very quickly. A week after buying the car a check engine came on. I have a 1k mile warrant. I reached out to my sales person also sent her a picture of the code. She never got back to me.

Typical big dealer being all about the sale and not fully disclosing or discussing things. For instance the tonneau cover was junk ank thrown in the back of the truck. I said i didnt want it but was forced to take it. I later junked it. Guess they couldnt afford to. Truck had 3 different tires on it. Says alot.
