This dealer responded very quickly to my inquiry and had me come to the dealership under the impression the vehicle was ready. When I arrived the first pause was that the price quote had slightly gone up. I was then told it was not ready and that it wouldn't be for 24- 48 hours and that "two other buyers were ahead of me". When I let them know that I was going to look at a similar vehicle at a dealership near by they decided to bring the vehicle around so I could test drive it. The vehicle was dented, scratched and filthy! It drove just fine but I was very disappointed that they even advertised this vehicle online then had me waste time coming to see it knowing it was not ready. I was at that point not intrested in purchasing anything they had to offer. And yes they did try to sell me another vehicle that was also "not quite ready" for a higher price than the vehicle I came to see. Overall very disappointing experience.

Ended up with a brand new se with a much lower interest rate than capitol one had me set up with. The guys over at thomasville toyota know everything there is to know about getting you in a car and saving you money. There's a reason the G.M has smiley faces EVERYWHERE in the dealership an on every car. Its because you being happy is his priority.
