My car salesman, Judie M. was excellent. Pre-Owner Car Manager, Seena was great. Fitzgerald staff were all friendly and kind. Trevor let my toddler son play with his stuff animal like basketball, a female sales person who sits across from Judie kindly got crayons and paper for my son. I had a very positive experience at Fitzgerald Lakeforest Toyota. The only thing that I was not pleased about was my paperwork was not emailed to me. I had to call and request my paperwork. Once I addressed this issue with Seena, the Pre-Owned Manager, I received all of my documentation within minutes.
