Well I WAS very serious about buying the range rover sport they had but they clearly don’t want business at all. Ive had tried contacting several times about buying (I live out of state but was more than willing to figure out a way to get the car to me after everything was signed and over with) However I was tossed around and once told the car was already sold and no longer on the lot, and they asked me if I was interested in seeing what else they had on the lot that was similar I said no I was pretty focused on that vehicle, all the sudden it was switch around and said they had the vehicle and wanted to set up a tike for me to come look at it. I then reminded them that I was in fact not in state and roughly 400 miles away to which they responded “oh, well that changes things a little bit. let me have one of our sales guys reach out to you and we’ll go from there” and didn't hear a peep the rest of the day. If you don’t want my money then please just start with that from the get go.

They listed a car that wasn’t ready to sell and showed me another one, but the salesperson, Amen Riyati, wasn’t interested in selling me the vehicle. This was my first time visiting a dealership to buy a car, and I was surprised that the salesperson seemed unable to properly judge a customer. During my visit, he was attending to me, but then other people came to his desk. He told me they didn’t speak English very well and that he was going to take care of all of us. He eventually let me go, telling me he would call once the vehicle was ready, but he never did. About a week later, I bought my car at a different dealership. It was a very disappointing experience trying to buy a used car at this dealership. Since I bring all my vehicles to this dealership for maintenance, and that is a different story—they are always great. I decided to write a review because one salesperson can’t change my mind about this dealership, but they need to know why I’m giving one star to my experience.
