Excellent experience!

The Experience was perfect and the treatment was excellent.

Hands down best experience at a dealership. No waiting game. Promises kept. Luis is the best of the best. What he said was true and he did everything he said way above my expectations. The financing office is no nonsense. No more than ten minutes in there and asked one time about warranties. The entire experience was way way better than I expected.

Titus was a huge help with preparing all the paperwork for our purchase, financing seemed a little slow.

Paid for a ppi but it was not worth dealing with salesperson who gave sporatic replies and when they were received were contradicted. Tried twice to get another salesperson.

Salesman was excellent. We were ready to purchase the car for the listed price, didn't try to talk them down at all. Then the sales manager came in with all of the markups. We were firm that we were happy to pay the price on Car Gurus plus the processing fee that was disclosed but we didn't want anything else. The manager actually told us at one point that the sales commission was how the salesman "fed his family", with the salesman standing right beside him. It was the sleaziest sales manager tactics I've seen in awhile. The sales manager refused to sell the car for the listed price. Believe the other reviews and avoid this place! I regretfully didn't and found out for myself regarding the experience.

Quick and easy

I only received 1 phone call and sent the sales person the information and Never heard from them.

I requested pictures of the actual vehicle since the ones on their website were generic, twice, they kept sending emails asking how could they help and if I wanted to visit the store, but never sent me the pictures I requested, I wanted to check the actual condition of the car before making the 100 plus mile trip. Im still on the market, but I certainly won't be buying there.

The experience was a smooth process. I really appreciated that, since we were driving in from out of town, once they knew we were on the road, they "reserved" the car for us to look at (as that was one of my worries - that it would sell as we were traveling there). At the dealership, everyone was friendly and the car was ready and as described in the listing. Our sales rep was knowledgeable about the car and its features. The negotiation process felt fair, and the financing went smoothly (we went in with a plan and pre-approval so it was easy). Overall, we had a good experience at Toyota of Cedar Park.
