This place is ridiculous. We contacted the sales person about 2 hours before we drove all the way there since I live over an hour away and he advised vehicle was still available. When we got there, he had us test drive the car without letting us know that another salesperson was already selling the car. When we got back to the dealership, he was rushing us to put a bit in. We were inspecting the vehicle when the other salesperson came out and said he had sold the car. Our salesperson tossed the keys to ther other sales rep, looked at us and said too bad, we are too late and walked away making us feel extremely uncomfortable. Just left us standing not understanding what happened. Didn't even offer to show us another car...nothing. Horrible service. Will NEVER recommend!!

Asked about a jett they had for sale with a single picture. I asked for more and didnt recieve a reply till the next day, and they said the car had sold 2 days prior, yet they wanted me to come in those two days? Great waste of time.

emailed dealer and answered quickly, set up date to test drive, had three different proposals terms to finance thru TFS because I’m a loyal Toyota customer (my third vehicle financed thru TFS) lower interest than the bank 4.99% 72 months established in the advertised sale for certified vehicles. Very good car salespeople priced to move stock.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I drove over 4 hours only to be told upon arrival that the vehicle had already been sold. They offered me a good price on other vehicles. In reality, they were just trying to manipulate the price of a vehicle I was interested in, ultimately trying to sell it for a much higher price than the one they had initially offered. The salesperson was very friendly, but their supervisor or manager treated me as if I didn't understand numbers. It would have been better to simply say that the vehicle was no longer for sale, but even two hours before I arrived, they assured me that they still had it. These practices are very common to attract customers. MUY MALA EXPERIECIA. MANEJE MAS DE 4 HORAS SOLO PARA DECIRME AL LLEGAR QUE EL VEHICULO LO HABIAN VENDIDO. Me ofrecieron darme un buen precio en otros vehiculos . en realidad solo trataron de darle vueltas al precio de un vehiculo que me intereso para al final querer venderlo en un precio mucho mas alto al que lo ofrcian.. e
