Amazing experience. Dealt with Ricky Rodriguez via phone for a week before heading down to LA to actually see the car. He was a very kind salesman, not pushy whatsoever, but very assertive and filled with knowledge. Would highly recommend him. We also dealt with Frank Rocha, in finance, who helped us get a wonderful deal on our warranty. He is so very helpful, patient and funny. He made the paperwork process actually enjoyable. Very authentic people at this dealership....and I love my new Toyota!

I was very interested in a vehicle and was contacted by 3 different sales contacts via email at first, which was a bit overkill. However in the next couple days, I only worked with one. I lived 2.5 hours away so I appreciated them sending me additional, closer pictures of the car but I noticed what was posted on the website (car color silver) and what the dealership said (car color beige) were different. The biggest disappointment was the ridiculously low amount they presented for my car before seeing it. It wasn't even half of kelley blue book value - NO THANK YOU! I do not recommend this dealership!!
