The salesman stayed after his designated time to accommodate me to look at the vehicle. The problem was that I drove 3 hours to get there and when I arrived the vehicle was filthy, rusted, and had a loud roaring noise in the front. They took the vehicle to the back and tried to wash it and then said it would be about 30 more minutes because they had to find some PLASTIC for the seats so I could sit on them. When I went to test drive the vehicle,my white shorts was ruined because it left a big round dirty, wet spot on my rearend. I spoke to the manager personally who said that he would work on getting this vehicle cleaned up for me and let me know when it was ready apologizing that I had driven 6 hours round trip to look at a 4Runner that wasn't ready. Twodays later he sent me another message saying that he had sold it out from underneath me and someone bought it as is. I'm not sure if I'm more frustrated about the experience or concerned that they would sell a vehicle like that as is.

Do not waste your time with this dealership!! I contacted them on June 3rd, and they sent me a video of the car. Then I asked about the price, but they never provided the numbers. I tried to reach out via phone and email several times, but they never responded. Afterwards, I received this message on June 6th from Jeff, which is impossible. I apologize regarding the OTD numbers for the 2021 Toyota Sienna. I thought my manager sent you those numbers. My coworker sold that vehicle late last night and we can't hold vehicles. Please check our inventory we have a 2020 XLE Sienna that you might like.

HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM FINANCIAL MANAGER. We were lied to, there was a huge discrepancy between the numbers she told me (i have 3 other witnesses) and the final price. Then we contacted GM, GM said it happens due to how aggressive the industry is. Not happy with these guys at all, I’ve been to multiple dealerships before and I’ve never been yelled at and I’ve never been shamed into a negotiation for a USED car before. Again, I was most angry about the deception between what was said and what was actually true after papers were signed.

Could not have asked for a better purchasing experience. Highly recommend Hendrick Toyota Concorde.
