I had an excellent experience purchasing my new Toyota Crown from Wilde Toyota, all thanks to Tyler Breunig. This was an out-of-state purchase, which could have been stressful, but Tyler made everything incredibly smooth and straightforward. He was responsive, transparent, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled before I arrived. From coordinating paperwork to answering all my questions, he made the process easy and actually enjoyable. There were some early communication issues working with Amber that almost made me look elsewhere, but once I connected with Tyler, everything completely turned around. He took ownership and delivered a top-tier experience. If you run into similar issues early on, I’d recommend asking to work with someone else. The car was exactly as described, ready to go, and even the small details were taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Tyler and Wilde Toyota to anyone and would gladly work with them again in the future.

Contacted the dealer was told the car was available and in good working condition with no issues. Drove to the dealer get welcomed in and I wait for 30 minutes only to be told the car isn’t working well it’s got plenty of issues. Either lying over the phone or just didn’t want to sell the car to me regardless the only good thing is I guess they didnt try tricking me into buying a bad car (supposedly).

Overall experience is OK. Guy is very friendly, but they wanna sell something I didn’t intent to buy like some coverage insurance .etc. I really wish if they’re more transparent, they never told me that car has only two oil change for 57,000 miles. I even send them the letters after I purchase my car and they never respond.

Had a fantastic experience working with Charlie at Classic Toyota. He was very responsive and patient with me as I requested videos and photos of the vehicle (I was from out of town). I ultimately bought the vehicle from classic Toyota and had a great experience! They didn't add on a bunch of extra fees etc. the vehicle was very clean and had a full tank when I picked it up! I'd definitely consider going back!
