I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Village Point regarding the purchase of a 2015 Toyota RAV4. What should have been a smooth and exciting car-buying process turned into a very frustrating and stressful situation. The customer service did not meet my expectations, and I feel like my concerns were not properly addressed after the purchase. When someone is spending thousands of dollars on a vehicle, they deserve honesty, clear communication, and proper support before and after the sale. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I expected better professionalism, transparency, and follow-up. Instead, I was left feeling dissatisfied and unsupported. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a vehicle from Village Point to be very careful, ask detailed questions, inspect everything thoroughly, and make sure everything is clearly documented before signing anything.

Amazingly friendly staff, great knowledge and willingness to listen to what I had to say and be professional in their responses back. Richard was my sales person and he is super professional as well as friendly.
