I was very interested in the truck as it had a hard to find, bulletproof engine in it I did request a few clarifications and additional pictures of the undercarriage as the vehicle had spent some time in the Midwest and they are notorious for using insane amounts of salt to melt the ice on the roads; as well as a video of the vehicle idling with the hood open. The salesman got me the pictures and a lot more, took a full walk around video got down on his hands and knees in his suit several times to video the undercarriage for me. I was very happy. Unfortunately my wife wasn't available to drive down with me. That day and I had to go back out of town for work. When I came back in a week, the truck was sold Unfortunately. I suppose I could have purchased it online without a test drive, but being local, I hated to do that. Anyway, the dealership did great, they weren't pushy, or annoying but did their job very well.

I regret purchasing a vehicle from this establishment. I traveled over six hours one way to acquire a Gold Certified car from them. This resulted in a total of more than twelve hours for the round trip after a full day of work, along with finalizing a deal struck at 11:30 PM. Upon signing the paperwork and driving home, I noticed hail dents on the trunk and hood of the car. The day was quite overcast, making these imperfections difficult to see. After returning home, I contacted the salesman Mike Hernandez, sending videos and pictures of the damage. For a week or so, they provided me with evasive responses, ultimately stating that there was nothing they could do. Additionally, I discovered documents in the glove compartment indicating that the front bumper had been previously repaired due to an accident. This the second review I’ve done since I bought my car. I mentioned all the people in my first review who help with my purchase, but I did feel the need to say how good Caleb was even after I bought. He helped me set up my service visit and very helpful coordinating a time for me with my schedule. He was flexible to accommodate my needs and was a professional thru and thru. I would recommend this dealership and hold Caleb in high regard.

Was terrible. I had to travel 1hr just for then to tell me there was something wrong with the truck and we can get you into something like a 25 Tundra. What a waste of time. If i wanted a 25 Tundra i would have driven 7 minutes to my Mckinney dealership. Tried the bait and switch. Don't do business with these guys.

I came in to look at a specific vehicle they had gotten that day. I was very communicative with the sales rep as to when I was going to be on my way, when I left & my ETA. We drove over an hour to get there with all of our kids. As soon as we got there they said the car sold 30 seconds ago. This could have been communicated to us before we arrived. We looked at other cars coming in and decided on one based on the fact it was supposed to be here on Wednesday. I was told today they don’t even have an exact date of the cars arrival- after I just made several arrangements to my week for work, appointments, and kids activities. I just find it very unprofessional.
