The salesperson was very friendly and everything, but they wouldn’t budge on the price for a car that had 100k miles on it and he didn’t care if we bought the car or not. I felt like I wasting his time. It was ackward and we only wanted to pay cash and apparently this dealership doesn’t like cash deals.

pluThese people are con men. they advertise a price whic confuses the buyer, because the price has an add on of $1995 plus afurther $695 in dealer's fees. Steer clear of these con-men!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a sales person. We were buying from out of state, we started with Josh, when we would ask questions, there would be an extreme delay in answering we constantly felt pushed aside. Multiple times he said he would call us back and never did, he the completely stopped responding. Weekend passed and we got a call from Sean, another salesman, and again said he would call back and would never receive a call back. At one point I called back after waiting all day and he answered the phone “hey bro”. Very poor representation and communication from the dealership. Zero professionalism. We were ready to purchase this vehicle even had shipping arranged since we were out of state. And we were completely ghosted without an explanation. We ended up purchasing from another dealership who was actually interested in selling. Most shocking experience, I would never recommend empire Toyota of Huntington to anybody who is wanting a genuine experience.

The salesman who was assigned was terrible. No transparency, he tried to get me into the dealership to strong-arm me into making a purchase. When I advised him that I live in eastern Long Island & would prefer to negotiate over the phone or txt I didn't get a response. It seems not to matter what occurs; dealership tactics, particularly at Toyota, will never change. "Caveat Emptor"

Dahian was very knowledgeable and explained the vehicles features. Car is advertised as gold certified which actually is an added cost. A good experience overall.

I found this truck on multiple websites. I made an appointment Friday afternoon to see the truck at the dealership for Saturday afternoon. I was able to come into the dealership earlier so I texted the dealership, and they said no problem for me coming down. I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there. Sat down with a sales rep. He went to get the keys. He came back and told me the truck had been sold, but was quick to offer another truck. Bait and switch. I would not give this dealership my business if the relationship is starting out like that. Beware!
