Staff were friendly and helpful. The financing part was a little cringy with the usual sales discussion and offers but we made it through. Service and Communication during and after the sale has been great.

Vancouver Toyota staff Arzoo and Mark are very professional and accessible about vehicle features, history and performance.

Ron Tonkin was excellent. I really enjoyed dealing with them. I was flying in from out of town and they really a. accommodated my dad gut schedule.

I was told I would be notified if the car sold prior to driving up from Eugene to purchase it. They never did, so I texted. On the highway up to Beaverton they responded that it sold. I turned around on the highway to go home and was getting the hard sell tactics of “don’t go home, we can find you a different car on the lot. Definitely tone deaf to what I was looking for.

Responded quickly, large supply of vehicles to choose from and all warranty option can be selected individually which I found convenient. I was helped by Tamirr who was very upfront about the way they price their vehicles and also helpful throughout the whole process, would recommend but can take a couple hours start to finish due the one stop shop style of how they take care everything.

Wanted a 2021 Tundra. Salesperson has been helpful im trying to locate this model.

From start to finish it was NOT the typical car buying experience. It’s a campus and not a dealership! I inquired about the vehicle by text and was immediately greeted and informed about options moving forward. Had there not been a shortage of staff that day, I believe we would have been done and gone within an hour and a half. These folks know what they are doing and there was no bs back and forth haggling. They were willing to help us get the truck we were there for. We will definitely go back to the Lillard’s!
