Ron Tonkin was excellent. I really enjoyed dealing with them. I was flying in from out of town and they really a. accommodated my dad gut schedule.

I was there on April 3rd. They gave me the whole speech: "You're gonna love how we do business! You'll be working with one person from start to finish." Nope, the car wasn't ready. Lorenzo is new and trying his best. He doesn't have a lot of details about the car since they hadn't detailed it yet. They said they'd call back after 3-4 days, and I haven't heard back from them at all. My time was wasted. Do better Beaverton Toyota.

Wilsonville Toyota lost a sale by confusing “no bull pricing” with refusing to acknowledge reality. Yes, the price was clearly stated. That wasn’t the problem. The problem was that the car was badly overpriced for what it actually was. This 2014 Lexus RX 350 had high mileage, visible door damage, and a vehicle history that didn’t pass the smell test—yet it was listed as having no accidents. That claim didn’t line up with the history I reviewed or with what was plainly visible on the car. When those issues were raised, there was zero interest in discussion. Just rigid talking points and a take-it-or-leave-it attitude, as if repeating “no bull pricing” magically makes an unrealistic price fair. Transparency isn’t a virtue if the information being presented doesn’t match the car sitting on the lot. They didn’t lose the sale because I tried to negotiate—they lost it because they refused to acknowledge obvious problems. Buyer beware.

Wanted a 2021 Tundra. Salesperson has been helpful im trying to locate this model.

From start to finish it was NOT the typical car buying experience. It’s a campus and not a dealership! I inquired about the vehicle by text and was immediately greeted and informed about options moving forward. Had there not been a shortage of staff that day, I believe we would have been done and gone within an hour and a half. These folks know what they are doing and there was no bs back and forth haggling. They were willing to help us get the truck we were there for. We will definitely go back to the Lillard’s!
