This the second review I’ve done since I bought my car. I mentioned all the people in my first review who help with my purchase, but I did feel the need to say how good Caleb was even after I bought. He helped me set up my service visit and very helpful coordinating a time for me with my schedule. He was flexible to accommodate my needs and was a professional thru and thru. Was terrible. I had to travel 1hr just for then to tell me there was something wrong with the truck and we can get you into something like a 25 Tundra. What a waste of time. If i wanted a 25 Tundra i would have driven 7 minutes to my Mckinney dealership. Tried the bait and switch. Don't do business with these guys.

My sales guy and I communicated back-and-forth for over a week. He could not locate the keys so he could start the truck and give me a video of the truck running. He kept telling me that they would get new keys cut. They didn’t. Then when I followed up with him on the morning, I was going to drive up because I live 4.5 hours away sales guy. I had been communicating with said they sold the truck. In my opinion, I think another sales guy hid the keys in order to sell the truck himself, which made it hard for my sales guy to locate Keys.
