Disappointing. I told the salesman my price yet he tried to steer me to a vehicle $6k over my budget. I felt that he didn't listen to me.

I contacted Vandergriff about a Tacoma and specifically asked if I could have an independent pre-purchase inspection (PPI) performed. They agreed. I also told my salesperson that because I was paying for the inspection, I wanted to put down a deposit to hold the truck so it wouldn’t be sold out from under me. He arrived at the dealership and waited, only to eventually be told the truck had already been sold. My salesperson never called me to let me know, even though I had specifically expressed concern about this exact concern. After dodging my calls I finally got thru. I told him plainly: you failed me as your customer. He eventually apologized, which I appreciated, but the damage was already done. I know that dealerships sell vehicles on a first-come basis. Their lack of communication and follow through is the issue.

Best experience I have had on purchasing a vehicle. Salesman and finance person were extremely helpful. In and out in 45 minutes.

Good experience

The car was nice due to I didn't have a down payment I only had a trade in which was a 2001 Nissan Altima they didn't want to give me anything for the trade in due to my car is old and have some damages done but it runs good I'm still driving it to this day wish things would have worked out I left very sad and upset but the end of the day I drove my 2001 Nissan Altima there and I left in my 2001 Nissan Altima and it still runs great I think of my car just like a human don't look at the outside you got to check the inside and my 2001 Nissan Altima has a excellent great motor and transmission at the end of the day I think that I made a good choice by not trading in my car they didn't take it didn't want to give me anything for it because of the damages on the outside of the car and I also had a clean title no loans just got it inspected well I love my beat up Betty it has got me around for the last 25 years she's a keeper

My experience with Toyota if Irving was amazing! Highly recommend!

The truck was dirty inside and out. The salespeople were nice enough, although the person I test drove with, knew very little about the truck. The worst part was when the finance persons flat out told me, "If I don't use their finance companies, they cannot sell me the truck!" Terrible policy and I walked out!

We went to 2 other Toyotas closer to our home in McKinney before going to Lewisville. David Berg was great to work with. He didn't waste our time, had the car washed before we arrived and already pulled up to show it to us. It was a pleasure working with him and we highly recommend.

My sales person was awesome...I would recommend him to anyone.
