We had a great experience with our sales person, Tim. He was pleasant, respectful of our choices with regards to extras, a responsive communicator, and not the stereotypical pushy sales person. Other staff members not so much; utilizing strong arm tactics, not-so-thinly clad verbal insults, and admonishment when we wouldn't buy in to those notorious expensive extras they try to nail you on when you are signing the paperwork. On a more optimistic note, the vehicle was below market value and they where able to get us an excellent loan rate.

Talked them down to a price that worked for both of us and bought it. Car was immaculate 26000 miles and not a mark on it inside or outside. Car is like brand new. Love the car love the experience at Jaffarian I would certainly buy another vehicle from them and I will highly recommend them to family and friends. And I found the vehicle using carguru it a great app to have.

The big problem with this listing was that it was completely inaccurate. They are advertising a John Cooper Works Mini, which is many, many thousands more, but it is a base Mini. It is so misleading. I would have given them a break but I pointed out their mistake and while they admitted it and apologized, a week later it is still inaccurate. Very dishonest.

Emailed that I would be down on a certain day at a certain time. It was an hour and a half drive. Arrived there. Vehicle was on a lift getting brakes done. Was told it might be a week or more until the vehicle would be available. Waited 6 days for a call back. Looked online to find the vehicle had been sold. No call back to tell me the vehicle was gone. I had to find out myself when I looked on the site. Wasted my time and gas. Ridiculous.
