Concesionarios de Toyota cercanos (Cypress, TX)

Didn't spend a lot of time at the dealership, found a structural issue bottom corner of the rocker cab, since it's structural and the dealership did not catch it I asked them to have their service dept take a look at it and get back to me with a quote. 3 weeks later and still nothing. Was working with Issac. I know they are busy but they have enough folks there to make it happen.

Will never go to, ir consider this Toyota dealership for vehicle purchase. They don't keep appointments, they start pitching vehicles your not interested in, and they lie about not having in stock vehicles not sold. Very unethical.

Overall it was great! So busy and plenty of reps....the only down was the time it took to finance, but I think that's something that cant be helped.

Robert was great and very helpful. The financing wait time was terrible so after I had been there for hours and not being able to finance the car they allowed me to leave with the truck after putting a deposit down on my credit card and proof of wire coming for the down payment. Not many places would do that. It was very appreciated. Would definitely recommend this one to buy a car.

Sales manager said if I didn't have MSRP to kick rocks. Haha. I thought that was funny. 5 k markup sure no thanks.

Came in to buy used Volt but was told the car had too many problems and they couldn’t sell it. Such integrity is rare to find!! We bought a new car, instead, with great financing!! The staff were awesome, before and during purchase. Very patient and professional. It just took a long time, over 5 hours to get everything done. Biggest problem with staff is the after-sale process. They don’t return our phone calls. Thank goodness it was a new car or we would be in big trouble!

I was genuinely interested in purchasing a used truck and came prepared to make a deal, but apparently negotiating isn’t something this dealership is interested in. Their idea of a “discount” still left the truck overpriced compared to similar used trucks with comparable mileage. The price was one thing, but the dismissive attitude when I questioned it sealed the deal for me. If you’re shopping here, definitely do your research and compare prices elsewhere first. I did, and I’ll happily be taking my money somewhere that actually wants the sale.
