We started an application and were told the vehicle would be held for us during the process. They told us to come sign papers, after verbally agreeing on a price and terms. We were en route to the dealership to sign and they sent me a text to tell me the vehicle just sold to someone else who had a check in hand. They told us first com first serve, which was us being served first as we had already agreed on terms. We would NEVER recommend anyone doing business here. They are dishonest and crooks.

I did not end up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in as we could not agree on a price. The less than desirable part was when a new dealer contacted me with a fairly reasonable OTD price if I could come that day, only to find out that they quoted me the wrong price/vehicle. Thankfully, I did not travel to the site, but instead asked to see the price breakout sheet in my inbox before accepting the offer. There was a $4000 disparity between "here is the OTD price" and "here is the price breakout." It could be chalked up to a simple mistake or it could be a "bait and switch" type tactic. I'd like to assume it was an honest mistake, but one that resulted in no deal. Hopefully your experience is better.

I have never been so impressed with a Car Dealership! Unlike my experiences in the past at other Dealers who performed the old "Bait & Switch", added unnecessary excessive mark ups and were basically rude and sneaky, this experience was the complete opposite. I was treated with the utmost respect and got an incredible deal on my vehicle - it was seemless!!! From Beginning to End a 5 Star Experience. Highly Recommend ;-)
