The one complaint that I have about the Dealership was they did a poor job on make ready on the vehicle after we bought it they were supposed to have detail and got it ready to come out the inside was dirty filthy and we only have a half a tank of gas otherwise I had a good time there. I called and talked to a sales representative that told me the vechicle was availble and I made an appointment for appx 30 mins after. He assured me it would be there.... when I got there the person I was told to ask for wasn't there, they told us to wait..... 30 mins later, they come get us and say that vechicle wasn't available and they had many others to show us. Obviously a bait and switch, I just left after he left us yet again for another 20 mins.
