Terrible experience. We live out of the country in the winter months which I told the staff from the beginning but I could do a wire to pay. No mention of that being a problem. Then over several days I was passed around to four different people and left with no response some times for more than a day. Finically I was told that I had to come in to sign. That wasn’t possible st this time so I dropped the deal. Now they keep sending me messages about other cars! I’ll never buy a car from this dealership!

Very insistent in a horrible way. They keep calling even after I told them I wasn't interested. And at the actual dealership the sales man said that if I didn't believe him about the quality of the engine (that had rust on it by the way) that I could ask chat gpt to confirm the quality. I will never go there again.

Floyd, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gets 5 stars. The "manager" and the rest of the dealership was very poor in my opinion. Didn't listen. Claimed a misunderstanding. No, I was very clear and he understood, too! One star at most. We had a much better experience at another dealership. And, by the way, your music is lousy and too loud. This is a place of business, not a night club.

The overall experience was good however almost at the end of the deal the atmosphere in the room changed and you could feel the tension. The finance manager never thanked us for our business and walked away when everything was completed.
