Love my new car

I recently bought a car from this dealership, and the experience was very disappointing. The salesperson was extremely pushy, and I felt pressured to make a quick decision. When I got home, I noticed several body flaws that weren’t pointed out during the sale. I also wasn’t given a proper opportunity to take a full test drive before signing the paperwork. The car was advertised as Toyota Certified, but I’ve since found multiple issues that raise concerns. When I contacted the dealership to discuss a return or exchange, I was told, “This is not Walmart,” which I found rude and unprofessional. After that, my calls stopped being answered. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told he was on vacation for a week, leaving me with no support or follow-up. I went and looked at a car that was described as “clean, no accidents” both on CarGurus and phone. Once I arrived it was obviously in a collision with frame damage, which was left out of website and carfax report. Very shady and would not trust dealership at all.

Attentive and supportive. They worked with us a bit, provided instructions on how to use the car. Took care of the details. Easy experience since price was decided before getting there.

I was browsing the site on an afternoon and as soon as I entered my info I received a call from the dealer. They had a vehicle I wanted to purchase and explained to them that I was not going to be able to purchase it until the following Monday due to my father’s wake, funeral, and family obligations. We discussed the need for a down payment and the sales person said she would check with her manager and get back to me. I was never contacted until Monday morning only to be told it sold Saturday afternoon! Where I come from a person’s word means something. Not so here. I’ll do business elsewhere.

Their automatic system is quick to respond, but they are slow to actually answer your questions. I got many automatic responses and not a lot of specific information.
