I called to make sure the car I was interested in was still available and at the lot and when I got there it wasn’t there and I chose two different cars and they were all not at the lot and I took a Uber to get there

The Tacoma was noted as sold on CarGurus. I called the dealership and they said it was still available. When I went to the dealership that same afternoon, the car was sold. I looked at a few other vehicles, but I did not buy anything. The salesperson I worked with was nice.

I spoke with Trent at Beaver Toyota. From the moment I showed interest in a car they had listed, he was courteous and professional. He even went out of his way to make a video of the vehicle I was interested in, without being asked to do so. I highly recommend asking for Trent if you are in the market for a car from Beaver. Even though we purchased a vehicle elsewhere, he took the time to write me a very kind note thanking me for giving him the opportunity. A real class act. Keep up the great work Trent!

Worst experience of car buying. Different people will tell you different price on the same car. Worst is that they inflate the price of cars by adding unwanted items. They tell you Toyota vehicles are RARE. For gods sake it's a depreciating asset. Stop these old schools tricks in the world of AI.

Dealer contacted me rather quickly. We had a few Tel-Con's about the vehicle in question. I ultimately purchased the vehicle but it almost did not happen. We were nearly finished about financing and then I had a few more questions to ask. That's when everything seemed to fall apart. I called the first time and during the transfer we were disconnected. No problem I will call back. Got hung up on again. Two more attempts all with disconnections. I finally called parts department and was able to talk to someone who sent me to the managers line, I got a VM. I noticed that every time I called the phone was answered by someone different. They really need one person to answer calls, or dare I say it AI. Don't send call's to busy sales people who are trying to sell cars. Listing was very accurate. Treated well at the dealer. Bottom line would I buy there again? Yes most definitely.
