When I first contacted the dealership about the vehicle I was interested in they said it was sold. They gave me other recommendations but I wasn’t interested. The vehicle I originally inquired about has been and is still posted for sale. I reached out to them again to see if it was sold or not. I didn’t receive a response from them. They don’t seem interested in updating their inventory or providing decent customer service. I won’t be looking or purchasing vehicles from this dealership.

Dealership failed to tell me the car had a manufacture paint defect recall currently still active and refused to process the warranty; the key was broken and did not fix it, the windshield wipers were wore down to metal and made a huge scratch on the windshield. I was told by the salesman they did not make much of a profit from this sale so they would not assist in these issues. For these reasons I do not recommend this dealership. Another dealership was happy to step in and help with the active warranty to get the paint fixed and said it was unprofessional how Stevenson East handled all of these issues with the car they sold me

I will never buy anything used from Groove. Too pushy and wanted to offer $500 off right away to get me to be interested in what they had. Just seemed weird as I didn’t show full interest in their car

My experience with Toyota was interesting. For most of the process I worked with a salesman named Aaron. He was very concise in helping me find a vehicle that I liked. If I were to rate him directly I would give him 5 stars. Unfortunately, however, the dealership does not have a very good process as far as handling customers. My credit was ran by the dealership and after they confirmed my credit, they offered me a rate with a down-payment. I was halfway thru signing the forms to accept the deal when finance came back with an absolutely absurd offer. They wanted 10k down at 648 per month on a used vehicle that was involved in a major wreck before being repaired and placed on the lot. While some buyers may be okay with this, I would consider this an incredibly deceptive practice. If a rate is offered, it should not be offered until all of the fine details are confirmed to avoid confusion. Not to mention credit was severely impacted by their multiple credit pulls after I left the dealer.

They offered me $18000 less than other dealers for my trade. They lied to me and said since it’s a buy back it’s only worth half the price. No other dealer told me that. When I called them out on it they quite emailing me. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Worst dealer I’ve ever dealt with.
