Everyone was great! We felt a different atmosphere when we walked in vs being in other dealerships during this process!

Online price was the price they honored! We were in and out!

Car listed for $10K to appear like a better deal on CarGurus (not sure why CarGurus can't insist on transparency with pricing) but would really have cost $14K *before* taxes... 40% above advertised price (!) Asked for total out the door price- they sent me the email below but it took more emails and digging to find that they'd left out a $2K non-optional fee for '$1995 Al Hendrickson Toyota Advantage'... some overpriced unnecessary add-ons. They told me: "That is part of the dealer installed accessories. Which is not include in the price," Also not included: "pre-delivery service fee of $1,298 a Private Tag Agency Fee of $189, and an Electronic Registration Filing Fee of $598"

I reached out to this dealership about purchasing a vehicle and had a frustrating experience with their pricing process. I made a fair market offer based on comparable listings, but instead of engaging in a discussion, my offer was dismissed without much consideration. What stood out most was being told that pricing would be more flexible only if I came in person, even after explaining that I live out of town 5 hours away. It feels unreasonable to expect customers to travel just to find out whether a deal is possible especially when basic negotiations could be handled remotely. I was ready to move forward and purchase quickly, but the lack of transparency and unwillingness to communicate seriously made that impossible. I would recommend this dealership improve their remote buying process and treat serious buyers with more respect, regardless of location.

I was communicating with one of the sales people that told me the vehicle was there before I drove 30 minutes to get there. When I got there, the vehicle was not available. They said it is not sellable, and wanted me to look at another vehicle and pressured me to purchase it that day.

I’d say trust the online reviews. When so many people say the same thing, there’s usually truth behind it—no smoke without fire. I drove two hours to see a car, that when I got there was supposedly already sold. Or maybe they didn’t want to honor the price we agreed on. Or maybe it was just a tactic to get me into the dealership. I honestly don’t know—but the entire process felt very suspect. Never do business with people who aren’t trustworthy or transparent. This place is a textbook example of a shady car dealership. Don’t believe me? Go ahead—give it a shot.
