Driver's side door damaged, it was never washed, it was delivered to me full of dog hair inside, the engine was dirty, and the gas tank was empty. There was no transparency. (When I went to pick up the unit it was at night)

I’d say trust the online reviews. When so many people say the same thing, there’s usually truth behind it—no smoke without fire. I drove two hours to see a car, that when I got there was supposedly already sold. Or maybe they didn’t want to honor the price we agreed on. Or maybe it was just a tactic to get me into the dealership. I honestly don’t know—but the entire process felt very suspect. Never do business with people who aren’t trustworthy or transparent. This place is a textbook example of a shady car dealership. Don’t believe me? Go ahead—give it a shot.

Price ended up much higher than what was advertised online. Staff is rude if they sense you aren't going to buy it right then at the price they give you. The dealer fee is $2000-$4000 extra by the time all made-up fees are added. Bought somewhere else.
