Was quoted same car by 2 different sales reps and one rep was $1500 higher than other rep. Must be a big markup on this car.

Helpful staff, easy to deal with.

Staff was knowledgeable and interested in what I wanted to purchase.

Patti Kovacs was the sales person. I left on Saturday not sure. I called on Monday and still could not make a decision. I looked at another car at a different dealer. That experience of that person not listening and trying to pressure me made buying from Crown very easy.

Terrible experience. I scheduled an appointment to test drive a car. We came from 2 hours away. I confirmed my appointment twice and made sure the car was still available. When we arrived they had a hard time locating the car. When it was finally found we were told it was scheduled to go for maintenance but since it was Saturday the Genesis maintenance department was closed. They told us we could only test drive the car in the parking lot. Car was dirty inside, sales rep not educated on vehicle. I inquired about the ambient lighting inside and was told this vehicle did not have that because was a base model. However after researching I learned that is standard on all models. I also received multiple emails from different staff the entire week before my arrival and everything I would respond with a question I was never replied to. Very disappointed that we came 2 hours away to test drive a vehicle that was not able to come off the lot. Would never return to this dealership.
