The financing office is no nonsense. No more than ten minutes in there and asked one time about warranties. The entire experience was way way better than I expected.

BUYER BEWARE! In my hunt for a new car, only 1 dealer refused to provide not only an itemized OTD offer, but also the basics like a Carfax or confirming availability. Round Rock Toyota was that 1. The first contact with Jesse was fine. Then a "director" named John-Michael took over and he refused to provide even basic information on the vehicle I was interested in: no availability confirmation, no mileage, no CarFax, NOTHING. Refusing to provide basic info on a car is a major red flag for a good reason! An earlier review of Round Rock Toyota on Cargurus says they add unnecessary fees and this experience seems to confirm that continues. Round Rock Toyota is the least trustworthy Toyota dealer in the area due to being the *only* one in Central Texas that refused providing basic critical documentation. AVOID!

Well I have text confirming deal. Had vin for insurance. Then when heading to pick up the car it was sold to someone else. Bait and switch. Beware.

Vince at Toyota Lost Pines was excellent from the time I inquired through the purchase. Everyone at the dealership was respectful and I was in and out in a reasonable time. They also picked me up from the airport so I could drive the new car to complete my purchase. All in all it was great service and an excellent experience.

Wouldn't give me a breakdown of cost, down payment, or trade-in value. Kept calling and texting even after I told them when I'd come by. Once the vehicle sold tried insisting I come to buy a much more expensive 4 runner with more than twice the miles
