Was contacted by the Dealer/Through CG about an hour of my first inquiry after that it was the Best Salesman and process! If I asked him a question he had an answer or if he didn’t he found out. A lot of the preliminary paperwork work was taken care of via email and text they made us a good trade price. Luciano is the guy to contact

Contacted the dealership about the availability of the car on a Monday with the understanding we would be there to purchase it on Friday. They wouldn’t allow a deposit, which is understandable, and would only hold the car for 24 hours. On Thursday I spoke with the sales rep and confirmed we would be there the next day, and even scheduled the appointment with the assumption that the 24 hour hold policy would then be in effect. 3.5 hours into our 5 hour drive I was informed that the car was being test driven by another customer. The manager tried his best to find an alternative, but we were very specific in our request, hence the early planning. We changed plans and went to another Toyota dealer. Overall it was not a great experience. The sales rep had horrible communication skills and seemed rather shady. We even had our bank try to contact them to ensure a smooth process, but they were never contacted back after multiple attempts. Ultimately this falls on a lack of leadership.

Diego was a great sales representative. He was pleasant, informative, and responsive. The team did a great job working with us on our trade-in and that ultimately led to our purchase. The team was personable and dealt with us with integrity. I will not hesitate to recommend Freeman Toyota to others.

Great Experience!

Prior to visiting the dealership, we had verified the “out-the-door price” for the vehicle, which was confirmed with SteveM and was also posted on the website. However, when we arrived at the dealership, we were presented with an additional $1,000 transportation charge, with the explanation “that due to legal implications, the dealership cannot post and disclosed it online.” which is total BS ! I believe that this was a DELIBERATE ACT by the sales staff in “luring customers to the dealership with an online price and then presenting them with this UNWARRANTED extra add-on!” This was DECEITFUL and UNETHICAL, and I have never been faced with such an act from any dealer in my past experiences. If a customer agrees to a price and invests hours of their time based on that understanding, that price MUST remain consistent throughout the sale . I would not recommend anyone to visit or purchase from this dealer. Thank you.

The advertised price was misleading and did not include several dealer fees including a $2999.99 reconditioning fee among other charges.

Was terrible. I had to travel 1hr just for then to tell me there was something wrong with the truck and we can get you into something like a 25 Tundra. What a waste of time. If i wanted a 25 Tundra i would have driven 7 minutes to my Mckinney dealership. Tried the bait and switch. Don't do business with these guys.

Disappointing. I told the salesman my price yet he tried to steer me to a vehicle $6k over my budget. I felt that he didn't listen to me.

Rachel was great and car was as advertised. Financing took way to long.
