Drove 1 1/2 hours each way to check out this jeep. I had to put 103.50 on my credit card to hold vehicle. Jeep looked good online, but did not in person. Vehicle had been driven by sales person and was not detailed like ad said multiple times! Jeep was not in good mechanical condition and had strong hot antifreeze smell along with loud valve engine tick. Had vehicle looked like pictures in Ad and been good mechanically, I would have purchased Jeep on the spot. The dealer could charge my credit card over the phone, but couldn’t give me a credit back while at dealership. I had to wait over a week to receive my deposit back via check minus 3.5%. To say some process improvements for out of state buyers should be made, is an understatement. Salesman was extremely nice however.

Very kind professional communication with us. We told them we decided we werent quite ready to purchase until Feb 26 and they have not hounded us which we appreciate! We still may be a car from them in February if available
