First off this Dealership advertises its female owned in reality its Male dominated and Owner Brian was non-flexible and non-negotiable with a minivan that had over 212.000 Miles on it. Then as I was sitting in the lobby one of his employees walked up to me offering me a much older vehicle for almost the same price, instead of negotiating a better deal they kept deliberately insulting me and scoffed. After I left they dropped the price on the dealership website. So if I was another customer that meant they had bargaining room to work with me instead I found them nasty and rude and dishonest. Glad I didn’t do business with them after all.

Went back to sign papers and the finance guy tried changing everything from what the salesman and I agreed on. Even asked for money down all of a sudden. He was so rude & unprofessional. Sales guy was very nice though.

I was given a runaround answer when I asked for pictures of the undercarriage because it was from NY! Telling me they were too busy for that and they wouldn’t take a car with rust and it has to pass inspection.. so in a nutshell, I should just take his word for it… after telling him to just let me know if it sells before he could get the images to me, he got it down and what was there! Lots of rust! So, bottom line! Always ask for under carriage pictures no matter the point inspection it “passed”!
