Well they definitely will respond, but it’s overkill. I’ve had at least 7 different people, if not more, reach out to me via phone, voicemail, text, & email. The final straw for me was asking an employee about the interior of the vehicle & she wouldn’t answer & was insistent that I make an appointment to come see the vehicle. I understand that. But my situation was that I would have to Uber there & the dealership is about 30 miles away, so I couldn’t commit to an appointment right then & there. She was very pushy throwing out different appointment days & times & got frustrated with me not yet committing to an appointment, & she ended the call abruptly. Not cool at all. Received a generated text from the sales manager I believe the day after this call. I responded with what happened & to please stop all communications…& no surprise…I’m still being contacted. They need to keep better track of who is contacting leads. I wish them all well as they do appear to be desperate for business.

Took a long time to get a response. Once I did, Moises was very nice and tried to be helpful. Car was on the lot 75 days+ I was going to go the next day and boom it sold. Had to hunt them down to find this out. A woman texted me a day later (took over 24hrs to respond) tells me yes the car is available! I said are you sure?! She says ohhhh actually it’s being sold this morning. And the salesman told me it sold a couple days ago. ‍♀️ I don’t know… good luck

Dan was VERY personable and attentive to our needs. He answered all our questions. And he returned my calls. Ladonas explained all the insurance plans and patiently waited as I read over the material. Everyone at Moran is very helpful.

Dealership misrepresented the conversion van which I drove 3 hrs. {one way} to purchase. The van had been in an accident and was poorly repaired. Body was in need of paint, radio didn't work (head unit costs $1,500), tires were dry rotted, back bench seat didn't work, window was cracked (Explorer is the only co. that can fix this window. Quoted me $1,400 and would need the van for 10 days). I asked Road Runner, at the very least, to cover the cost of the window. I never got a response from Road Runner.
