It was a little disappointing- I held off a day going to the dealership because they told me the car would be going through the shop to see what it needed. When I checked the morning I was going, someone came in with cash and scooped it up. Not the dealer's issue, someone comes in with cash and a hot hand you make the deal. I get it.

I really wanted this vehicle. It was exactly what I was looking for. The employees of the dealership were very unprofessional, disrespectful l and slow with response. They low balled my trade.. typical.. I let them know I was going to be in the area and planned to stop in to the dealership and wanted to buy the car. I live a ways away. About an hour into the drive they sent a text that they had taken a deposit on the vehicle. And they had no other inventory that would meet my requests. I let them know I was very disappointed. My husband and I went to the Volvo dealership in Exeter and bought a car there.

Nicole at Irwin was amazing! She was quick to respond to my questions even if she wasn't at work which I thought was amazing. Anything she couldn't answer she quickly found out and got right back to me. When I couldn't get the original car I wanted she had an upgrade one that overall was a better deal for me and I couldn't be happier. She even entertained my mother when she was super close to doing a sper of the moment buy herself. Her office space was perfectly set up for my two year old that had to come. He was busy playing with toys and eating her snacks! Best sales person ever!
