Absolutely impressed with Noah and SoCal Auto Brokers! He's straightforward and honest and actually sells his cars for the price listed, which oddly, isnt the norm around this area. He does NOT advertise a car at a specific amount and then try to require you to pay for $5000+ in "upgrades", like so much of this industry does. Noah is just straightforward and super helpful. Could not be more impressed!

Amazing experience working with Naim, love my 2017 Mazda Miata I purchased from him. Naim was easy to work with, always reachable, and went the extra mile to help me. Very up front about everything with the car and has a great on-site showroom. Not pushy at all just wants to help people find a good car, he is very interested in helping people get cars that they really want instead of high volume stuff. That means all his cars are great, including Porsche 911s, classic cars, and of course, the Mazda Miata. Would always work with Naim, great network too!

If you have good credit and solid income, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. “But maybe I’ll find a diamond in the rough?” No, you won’t. The sales people appear disinterested. The cars on the lot are not even looked after. Nothing on the lot is cleaned or maintained. There are hints that indicate in a previous era, there might have pride or commitment to customer service. Not anymore.

Helpful and considerate

I reached out to CARSTER online, and within minutes, they called me back. I was nervous because my credit isn’t the best, but they treated me with so much respect and kindness throughout the entire process. They got me approved quickly, made everything simple, and helped me drive off in a car I genuinely love. I never felt judged—just supported. It’s rare to find a dealership that truly cares about people, not just numbers. CARSTER is a hidden gem in Huntington Beach, and I’m so grateful I found them.

Although I didn’t end up buying the 6 series unfortunately someone else bought it the next day but the car was really clean and the guys at prime car were super friendly. I am still in the market and continue to check their website as I would like to give them the business. Thank you Dan for your assistance on the test drive and explaining all the vehicle features!

The dealership was responsive and answered any questions I had. I ultimately chose this dealership because of the because of the specific vehicle I had in mind. The sale was no hassle, and they delivered the vehicle directly to me; a service other dealership did not have. I would recommend this dealership to other people when they are in the market for a kind and courteous service.
