The communication appeared to be primarily aimed at obtaining my phone number so they could contact me. My sole request was to receive a simple video of the vehicle. I was asked to fulfill several other requirements before the video could be provided, which I confirmed, only to be informed that he was unable to send the video. This sequence of events was an inefficient use of time. As I frequently travel, I prefer to communicate via email or text. The last seven vehicles I acquired were purchased online without prior in-person inspection. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to review a video of the vehicle before committing to a purchase exceeding $40,000.
