Pete made this one of the most reassuring and smoothest purchase I have ever gone through. He was quick with communication, was punctual, and very friendly the whole time. I had flown almost 500miles to meet in Phoenix and he had helped with transportation and after doubled checked I had made it home safe after a 8 hour drive. Used car dealers have a stereo type and Pete is far from. I would 100% recommend PFK automotive to anyone.

I was not happy with my experience at Peoria Ford. At first, everything seemed very good; the salesperson was very nice, helpful. Once I got to the dealership, things changed. It was almost like they did not want me to purchase the car. Actually, told me that someone else was trying to buy the car from under me. The price listed was not the price that they told me when I got there. It was over $4000 more, and they piled on a lot of things they said they added to the car. They knew I had to walk out of the place with the car because of the distance we traveled. Once we haggled on the price, it took over 3 1/2 hours to sign paperwork and get keys. I wish I had read reviews before I went to this place. The car is nice and I'm happy with it, but I feel like the whole process was dirty dealership experience.

Ignored me after about 10 minutes of waiting for someone to even say hello. Even gave them a heads up that I was coming in. Someone walked in after me and was greeted immediately. No, I was not “dressed down”. I was there to potentially purchase their Porsche Taycan! I would hate to pull the color card but all I can say is, I will not be coming back here.
