Guys at Moody Motors were awesome. Ech car has its issues but I was explained everything up front. My wife has cancer and has about 3 months to live. Our Honda Pilot was totaled in a hit and run. Wanted something smaller but thought twice. I bought a GMC Arcadia. Great car. Thanks guys!

Dealer had left an already purchased vehicle online, when reaching out, no communication from dealership, simply just removed vehicle from app. No one ever reached out to offer any assistance with purchasing a different vehicle. Staff could benefit from some sales training.

I came in to test drive a car of the model I'm interested in. I wasn't in a position to buy that day, but I was treated without any pressure and really had a great experience. The car I was looking at had a salvaged title. Normally, I wouldn't even consider this, but they were so transparent about the vehicle I really feel this might be my car if it's here next month. I rarely have experiences like this at used car lots. They won me over with honesty and integrity.

This is definitely a dealership to avoid! Not an honest business. We test drove the vehicle, and could immediately tell there were issues with it. The right CV joint was making knocking sounds when you would hit a bump. We discussed the issue with the seller, who acted surprised like he didn't know anything was wrong with the vehicle. We then asked if he would be willing to either fix the car before we bought it, or adjust the price. He made a deal with us to fix the car and agreed to allow us to take it in for a mechanical inspection. We made an appointment with our mechanic and agreed to purchase the vehicle as long as everything checked out. The morning of the appointment the dealer backed out stating that someone else was bringing him a check for the car. He sold it out from under us mid deal, and I can pretty much guarantee without fixing it or giving the other buyer the information re: what was wrong with the vehicle. Definitely a shmarmy experience and we likely dodged a bullet!

We had read reviews mentioning that staff could be difficult to find, so when we arrived, we went inside and asked directly to see the vehicle we were interested in. That ensured someone was available to assist us. Unfortunately, the vehicle we came to see looked nothing like the photos online. It was in very poor condition, and many of the other vehicles on the lot appeared to be in similar shape. The online photos were misleading and did not accurately represent the actual condition of the vehicles. We left disappointed, as the inventory did not match the expectations set by the advertisements.

Best Choice Auto have very good inexpensive cars trucks and SUV’s. Andy was really help and understanding of my needs. I had no pressure of buying during my visit.
