The sales person was very nice, and helpful. I would consider buying from this dealership again.

Everything was completed online and the truck was ready and waiting for us.

I arrived at opening time but it was closed and I left after 20 minutes. They do not communicate at all.

The whole process went by quickly except for the finance part as we did not have the prequal ppwk with us as I forgot to print it. It was on my phone and required me going outside to send it the dealership. I think we needed to ask questions from the beginning to facilitate the conversation. However, the salesman was respectful and used good judgment.

I had made a reservation for a test drive, but later received message that the vehicle I was interested in had already been sold. I appreciated that you kept me properly informed. I am still continuing my search for a car. I truly appreciated the honest and professional way I was treated.

I had an excellent sales person and lead finance manager. They made sure the vehicle was ready and clean. The vehicle was just like they advertised on the website. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

This was a horrible experience. I talked to AI for most of the time when I thought I was actually speaking to a human. I had my credit ran multiple times. I never understand they didn’t get back to me until after the car was sold told me everything would be OK then a week later told me I needed a cosigner which I never understood for a $10,000 car that I was willing to put $3000 on horrible service, horrible communication and because of this company my credit has gone down significantly for having it ran from so many times
